Refund policy

However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review our return policy below.


1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Since each item is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than the following:

  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, color, or size).
  • Damaged item due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishap.
  • Defective item with printing errors or material flaws.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to buyer’s remorse or size selection errors. Please check the sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
  • Color variations may occur due to screen differences and are not eligible for return unless the colors are significantly different from those shown on our website.

2. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your item at frontlinegear.tn@gmail.com. In your message, please include:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to guide you through the next steps.


3. Return and Refund Process

Once we’ve reviewed your case and determined that the item is eligible for a return or replacement:

  • We may ask you to return the item or provide additional information, depending on the situation.
  • For eligible items, we will send you a replacement item free of charge, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will typically process within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, production of your custom item may begin, and cancellation may not be possible.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Customized items where specific personalization was requested.
