1. Processing Time

All of our products are made to order, so we take the time to ensure each item is custom printed and carefully packaged. Standard processing time is 3-7 business days.

However, express processing is available for certain items at checkout. If you choose express processing, your order will be printed, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days. This option is perfect if you need your order faster! Please note that express processing does not include faster shipping. Shipping time is still determined by the shipping method you select.

2. Multiple Providers, Multiple Shipments

Since we work with several trusted print-on-demand providers and fulfillment centers, your order may ship from different locations. If you order multiple items, they may be processed and shipped separately, which means they could arrive at different times.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Each item will be sent to you directly from the provider that printed it, and you will be able to track each package individually.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order ships, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout, as well as your location. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times, and factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays can affect the exact delivery date.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your shipping address. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, and expedited shipping, so you can select the one that best fits your needs. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment. If your order is split into multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers. You can track each package individually to follow its journey to you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your email.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and we’re no longer responsible for its delivery. However, if your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we suggest contacting the carrier to file a claim. 7. Address Accuracy

It’s very important to ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice any mistakes after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, please be aware that shipping delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak times or due to factors like extreme weather or shipping carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if your order is delayed.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the product (e.g., a printing error or damaged goods). If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
